Use of vouchers
All reservations are subject to availability. Most offers are based on twin share. Children and other guests are extra. Room rates and inclusion and extra guest prices are advertised on the website. Hotel Bargains takes no responsibility for accuracy of prices as information is provided directly by the hotels. Bookings can be made online or by calling the reservations number. The hotels reserve the right to limit rooms, and change their offer without notice. The vouchers are valid for 24 months from date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing. Hotel Bargains cannot replace lost vouchers without a charge.
Hotel Bargains is not a travel agent and does not book tickets, flights or transfers. All bookings are done directly with the hotels via our portal and reservations assistance lines.
Online Sales
Goods will be dispatched upon payment. Images used may vary slightly from actual stock depending on manufacturer and/or supplier, however, every attempt will be made to supply goods with the same or better specs than goods advertised. We will notify you in such cases where we cannot provide goods as described due to stock overruns or other unforeseen circumstances.
Telephone sales
Goods are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days. Allow 5 working days for postal delivery. Please contact us if your package has not arrived within 10 working days. In the unlikely event of a delay in supplying your package (such as a delay with printing or supply of goods), we will contact you by phone or mail.
Payment
Payment can be made via credit cards, paypal, cheque or money order. Goods can only be dispatched on clearance of funds. The PayPal gateway is a totally secure payment environment. Your information will not be shared with any other parties, other than what is required to make good on your order. Please read our privacy policy.
Dispatch time
Goods will normally be received within 7-10 working days by post, registered post or courier depending on your order. If there is a delay for whatever reason, we will notify you by email or phone.
Refund for goods( excluding vouchers)
We will exchange goods ( MP3’s, camera’s, DVD players, luggage and so forth) to the same value if the goods do not meet your expectation provided they are returned in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Hotel Bargains is governed by the laws of Queensland.
